Processing & Tracking
- Processing time: Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Returns Within 30 Days
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included components.
- To start a return, contact us at info@colognedistrict.com and include your order number.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
- Returned products that are used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or missing their original packaging may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
